- 1 lb cottage cheese (blend until smooth)
- 1 lb butter
- 4 c flour
- 2 c ground nuts
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c canned milk
- powdered sugar
- Cream butter and cottage cheese together
- Add flour slowly then form into balls and chill.
- Mix the filling from the nuts, brown sugar and canned milk
- Roll out dough, cut into squares and fill.
- Bake at 375F for 15min.
- Let cool slightly then roll in powdered sugar.
Makes 6 1/2 dozen cookies
